Hi Rico, as promised I am attaching you the information about the well and the concession.As I explained by phone, please be aware of the definition of the processes we have and are working:

1: The Disponibility of Water,we have this already since last year. This document is the legal document that responds for the well that has been constructed and the water we can use. With this document we can process any requirements or tramits to obtain a construction permit and to construct. This is given by the MINAE and establishes that we have water to use.The owner is free to process any tramit and then start construction.

2.-The Concession of the well, in tramit: this establishes, once obtained, what the owner will pay to the MINAE for the use of the water we have in the well. This is a legal process that establishes to the government that Llogro is going to pay a fee for the water. This process means only this issue. The attachment is about this process and says at the beginning:(translation)

“The MINAET has registered that the concession of the use of the water, due to the information registered in the existing file at this office has the Disponibility of Water in quality and enough quantity for the project in analysis in order to give the concession.This is in tramit”

I hope that with this everyone understands that you have already the permit of the water to go on with the project and that you have done and are doing  the work correctly and legally.
