Vicki Adis our lead architect and permit registor has the latest news: As of 11-04-09 she has been down to the MINAE offices requesting for a specific certification that would give us a hard date for our permits to process.
In the meantime the property has been cleared and a well has been installed. After rainy season the grading of the land will begin as well as the driveway and volleyball court and our favorite lifeguard tower kiosk (Abril 27) will open. Music and cool beers await.
